We are mindful of the large number of people living in our community with no church home or affiliation. Over 50% of those living in Pacific Beach have identified no faith involvement of any kind. The motivating force that drives our ministry must be our desire to share the love that we have experienced in this family of faith with those around us. We believe the best way to do this is to open our doors to the community whenever possible. We host the annual "Halloween Happening" to provide a fun and safe alternative for the children of our community on Halloween. We host two polling places in our building at each election. We host NA and AA group meetings four nights a week. The Pacific Youth Soccer League (PYSL) has their monthly board meetings and coaches' meetings in our building. Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times (a camp for children and youth with cancer) use our building for counselor interviews and training. We even provide overnight accommodations for groups building houses in Tijuana.
